All of our workouts are run by a level 3 certified personal training instructor and we also have nutrition posts that are written by a qualified nutritionist.

Beginner Workout

Today we have a great beginner workout for those of you who are new to fitness. We are focusing on the main muscle groups to help strengthen them for future work. Starting out with a new fitness regime can feel very daunting and gym's can be a very intimidating place. This is why we have created Free Fitness Gym, so that you can get some great workouts that you can do in the comfort of your own home. You will not need any equipment for the majority of our workouts and they are all run by a level 3 certified personal trainer. We also have lots more fitness related information on our site including nutrition posts to help guide you on your fitness journey. Our nutrition posts are written by Helen who is a qualified nutritionist and features in a lot of our fitness workouts.

Welcome to Free Fitness Gym,
We are pleased to provide you with lots of free High Intensity Interval Training Workouts. All of our workouts are provided by a qualified Level 3 personal trainer and our nutrition posts are written by a qualified nutritionist.

Free Fitness Gym provided around 5 workouts per week and we cater for all levels of fitness. We use the principles behind the popular High Intensity Interval Training HIIT, to get you in the the best shape of your life. HIIT's fitness workouts are typically shorter workouts than a regular relaxed gym session. But don't be fool by the shorter time frame because HIIT workouts will work you very very hard. We aim to shock your body to a level that is suitable to your fitness levels and improve your strength, cardiovascular and functional fitness.

Far too often people end up doing the same workout time and time again which is not an ideal way to train and this is backed up by numerous articles from the Association of Sports Science Medicine. If you want to keep seeing changes to your body, then you need to keep changing the demands it is put under.

Nick runs all of the workouts and Helen will feature in the majority of the workout videos. Nick has trained hundreds of bootcamps across the uk for military and non military groups and has trained hundreds of clients over the years. Nick has also worked as a sports rehab trainer in a sports specific physiotherapy clinic.....You are in safe hands.
